A book about a serial killer, Delmer Smith. He came to Florida in 2008 to meet a woman who had married him over the phone while in Federal Prison serving 15 1/2 years for armed bank robbery. She helped him to be released on probation. He soon left her for a younger woman. Then, in the first 8 months of 2009 he committed two murders and numerous home invasions. Law enforcement errors allowed this man to remain free until he was involved in bar fight and his arrest for that violated his parole.
